An updated pre-application conference has been scheduled for the downtown Vancouver Block 10 project.
Developer Holland Partner Group submitted its pre-application packet for the project in early July, and a conference with city planning staff was originally planned for Aug. 1. The new conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Oct. 24 at City Hall.
The broad outlines of the project remain the same. The pre-application packet describes a mixed-use tower with approximately 125 units of housing, 150,000 square feet of commercial office space, ground floor retail space and structured parking.
The project was announced earlier this year as an alternative proposal for the block after the city council voted to abandon a long-running effort to bring a grocery store to the site.
