Sigma Design has signed a lease for 83,519 square feet in Building B-1 of the Vancouver Tech Center at 18110 S.E. 34th St. The office park in Fisher’s Landing is the former campus of Hewlett-Packard Co. Commercial real estate company Fuller Group represented Sigma in the transaction.

Sigma Design is a product design and engineering services firm. The company was founded in 1994, and consolidated operations from three Vancouver-area offices to a new 56,000-square-foot headquarters in Camas in 2017. The company’s most recent expansion was the opening of an additional office in Kirkland, near Seattle, in November 2018.
