BELLINGHAM – Evergreen dropped 49 points on Bellingham in the second half en route to a 51-30 non-league victory Saturday night.
It took a half for them to wake up on offense after the Red Raiders led 9-2.
But in the end, five different Plainsmen scored rushing touchdowns and two different quarterbacks threw touchdowns to different targets. Both freshman Jonathan Landry and senior Carter Monda shared snaps Saturday as the two combined for 121 passing yards.
Evergreen rushed for 392 yards and was led by senior Zyell Griffin, who needed just six attempts to rush for 143 yards and a touchdown.
