Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care has opened its newest location in Salmon Creek, at 2203 N.E. 129th St.
The educational child care company serves children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years, and offers full-time care, before- and after-school care and summer camps. Kiddie Academy is based in Maryland and as of early 2019 operated 229 locations in 30 states.
The new Salmon Creek location is expected to serve 180 students, and includes a 8,500-square-foot outdoor play area.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned for Oct. 18, with the grand opening event on Oct. 19 that will feature fall festival activities and tours of the facility.
