Police report woman who went missing has returned home safe

UPDATE: The Vancouver Police Department says that Jessica B. Santiago safely returned to her apartment on Wednesday.


Police are searching for a person who went missing Tuesday from Vancouver’s Hudson’s Bay neighborhood and might be in danger.

Jessica B. Santiago, whose age was not provided, was last seen near 2500 E. Mill Plain Blvd., according to a Vancouver Police Department news release. She uses a wheelchair and left home without her daily medication, and her health might be deteriorating.

Santiago, a Hispanic female, is five feet, five inches tall, 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing pajama pants, a black T-shirt with zombie lettering, a black and white pullover and a red and black vest.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
