Local military veterans are invited to attend service sessions next week to learn about veterans benefits, legislative efforts, membership and community service opportunities.
The event is hosted by the Smith-Reynolds American Legion Post 14, at 4607 N.E. St. James Road in Vancouver. Two sessions will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.
A veterans service officer will be available to discuss claims and other questions related to benefits.
