A developer submitted a preliminary application for an industrial warehouse in east Vancouver. Pacific Star would be on a 2.5-acre site at 6212 N.E. 152nd Ave., slightly south of Fourth Plain Boulevard. The lot was previously graded but is undeveloped.
The 9,000-square-foot building would consist of 2,000 square feet of office space connected to a 7,000-square-foot warehouse, as well as an outdoor storage yard.
The preliminary application was submitted Nov. 1 by AKS Engineering and Forestry on behalf of Peak Development Group. A pre-application conference with the city is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 5.
