Ginn Development submitted a preliminary application for a new residential subdivision in the Minnehaha area. The proposed project, Minnehaha West, would divide a 4.86-acre property into 32 single-family planned development lots.
The site consists of two properties, at 2400 and 2416 N.E. 49th St., each of which currently has a single house. The subdivision would be served by access roads from the two existing driveway connections to Northeast 49th Street.
The preliminary application was submitted Oct. 29. A pre-application conference with the city is scheduled for 11 a.m. Dec. 5.
