Local real estate agent Gustavo Timpke was recognized by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals as one of its 10 Best Real Estate Professionals for Client Satisfaction. The third-party rating organization publishes an annual list of the top 10 in each state. Those selected “must pass AIOREP’s rigorous selection process, which is based on client and/or peer nominations, thorough research and AIOREP’s independent evaluation,” according to a news release.
