A tractor-trailer traveling eastbound on state Highway 14 near Lieser Road struck a woman who walked into the lane of traffic early Saturday, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The 40-year-old Vancouver woman died at the scene of the crash, which occurred at about 1:45 a.m. The state patrol didn’t release her name pending notification of her relatives.
