Vancouver boy who had gone missing found safe

UPDATE: The Vancouver Police Department reported late Sunday morning that Nash Modin has been located and returned home.  He was uninjured and not a victim of a crime.


The Vancouver Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 12-year-old boy who went missing Saturday evening.

Nash Modin was last seen at his residence at 6:40 p.m. Saturday. All possible locations he may go have been checked with no additional information of his location.

Nash is described as white, 5-foot, 3-inches tall, 95 pounds with sandy brown hair. He was last seen wearing a green T-shirt, tan corduroy pants with gray Nike shoes. He was last known to be on foot, with no cell phone or communication devices with him.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Nash Modin is urged to call 911.
