MAIL: Post offices are closed. The postal unit at Shell, 1605 N.W. Sixth Ave., Camas, is open 5 a.m. to 2 a.m. every day of the year. No home delivery except Express Mail.

GARBAGE: Waste Connections, in Vancouver and most of Clark County, will operate on its regular schedule today. In Camas, normal today collections will be made Tuesday with Tuesday’s regular collections.

PUBLIC LIBRARIES: Closed today.

PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Closed today.

COLLEGES: Clark College and Washington State University closed today.

CLARK PUBLIC UTILITIES: Offices closed. For 24-hour customer service, call 360-992-3000. For outages or emergencies, call 360-992-8000.

GOVERNMENT OFFICES: Offices closed today.

PARKING METERS: On-street parking in Vancouver is free today.

BUSES: C-Tran buses follow Sunday/holiday schedule. TriMet buses, MAX and Portland Streetcar follow Sunday schedule on today. No service on WES.

DRIVER’S LICENSING: Closed today.

EMISSIONS TESTING: Closed today.

VEHICLE LICENSING: Closed today.

FINANCIAL MARKETS: U.S. markets closed today.

BANKS: Most closed today; check your bank for details. Some in-store branches may be open.

ZOO: Oregon Zoo open today.

MARSHALL COMMUNITY CENTER: Open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. today.

FIRSTENBURG COMMUNITY CENTER: Open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. today.
