A combination of duplexes and single-family houses would be built on a nearly half-acre lot near 2009 E. 13th St., east of Hudson’s Bay High School, under a plan submitted to the city of Vancouver.
Two options are possible, according to the plan submitted by AKS Engineering & Forestry of Vancouver. One plan calls for the construction of four duplexes and four houses; the other calls for two duplexes and seven houses.
