Vancouver police locate missing boy, 12

The Vancouver Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 12-year-old boy.

Levi Hand was last seen about 5 p.m. leaving his group home, according to a department news release.

Police say he has frequented parks around Northeast Ninth Street between Northeast 112th and Northeast 137th avenues in Vancouver.

Levi is described as white, standing about 4 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 75 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a red T-shirt. blue jeans and sneakers, the news release says.

He has no known medical or mental health issues, police say.
