A developer has proposed a 108-unit apartment complex near 16807 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd.

The multi-family project would consist of six residential structures, according to the pre-application submitted to the city of Vancouver: Three three-story, 12-unit buildings; a one-story, 18-unit building; a three-story, 24-unit building; and a three-story, 30-unit building. It also would have a one-story trash compactor/garbage shed building and a one-story office and recreation building.

As part of the project, the applicant is proposing to construct an extension of Northeast 66th Way, providing access to and from the neighborhood to the west, and Northeast 167th Avenue off-site along the west side to provide access to Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard.

The applicant is Olson Engineering of Vancouver; the owner is William Maitland and Michele Maitland of Vancouver.
