RIDGEFIELD — The Clark County Fair Association awarded scholarships to 20 students attending various universities and colleges. The association hands out the scholarships annually to college-bound students and over the years, has awarded more than $500,000. The money is reserved for students who have been involved with 4-H, Future Farmers of America, or Open Class during previous Clark County Fairs.
