The Columbian sells Post-Record property

The Columbian Publishing Co. on Friday sold the former Camas-Washougal Post-Record office for $459,000.

The approximately 5,000-square-foot commercial building at 425 N.E. Fourth Ave., had been for sale since Columbian officials decided to move the Camas staff to The Columbian’s Vancouver office.

The company sold the property to Barry Lutz, second generation owner of Lutz Hardware at 505 N.E. Fourth Ave. in Camas.
