ORCHARDS — Female employees from local homebuilder Pacific Lifestyle Homes participated in Women Build, a national initiative of Habitat for Humanity that aims to get women to help in Habitat neighborhoods. Pacific’s employees were provided with paid time off to help Evergreen Habitat for Humanity in constructing a single-family home for Casey Rice and her three children, who currently live in a small apartment. “It’s a real admirable and fulfilling project and it also allowed many of our team members to get first-hand experience in the work we do for our clients on a daily basis,” said Steve Bradford, vice president of sales and marketing at Pacific Lifestyle Homes.
