Battle Ground High to host annual car show

BATTLE GROUND — Auto enthusiasts are welcome to enter their car, truck or motorcycle in the annual Battle Ground High School car show this month.

Check-in is at 8:30 a.m. May 17 at the Battle Ground High School Auto Shop at the corner of Northwest Fifth Avenue and Northwest Third Way.

Participants can enter up to three categories, including 4X4, 2-wheel drive, diesel, motorcycle, import, American, lowest, muscle, student and teacher. All cars qualify for the competition’s best-in-show category. Entry fees are $10 for one category, $15 for two or $20 for three.

Proceeds benefit the Battle Ground High School Auto program, which provides opportunities for students to learn about the industry.
