Starting May 13, the city of Vancouver will no longer accept hard copy submissions of commercial, multifamily and industrial development permit applications. The three permit types — collectively known as CMI permits — will need to be submitted electronically using the city’s ePlans software.
The city’s Development Review Division is in the process of transitioning to paper-free operations, and the CMI applications join a growing list of development documents that the city no longer accepts in hard-copy format.
More information about the ePlans software can be found at cityofvancouver.us/ePlans. The city also plans to host ePlans training classes at City Hall next week, at the following times:
• Monday, May 7, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers.
