 7 p.m., regular meeting: prohibiting parking on portions of Northeast Everett Street.

 5 p.m., workshop: housing options code changes.

 6:30 p.m., public hearing: approve the concept development plan for the Four Seasons South Planned Unit Development.

 7 p.m., public hearing: comprehensive plan and zone change; regular meeting to follow on budget amendment, bank signature authority and prepayment of claims.
