A 19-year-old Vancouver man was killed in a motorcycle crash Friday night in Camas.
The Camas police and Camas-Washougal fire departments responded shortly after 7:30 p.m. to the 700 block of Northwest Lake Road for a motorcyclist down in the road. The man, who has not yet been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene, police Sgt. Stefan Hausinger said.
The crash is under investigation by the Clark County traffic unit, Hausinger said, but speed appears to have been a factor.
Lake Road was closed for several hours between Northwest Lacamas Drive and Lacamas Lane for the crash investigation.
