Sixth MDV Partners, L.L.C., of San Mateo, Calif., sold 200,000 shares of nLIGHT Inc. for $22.95 a share Friday, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange document.
Sixth MDV Partners owns 4,240,690 shares of the Vancouver-based laser manufacturer following the transaction.
