Update: Three missing Vancouver youths found safe

UPDATE: The Vancouver Police Department reported at about 8:45 a.m. Monday that the three youths were located and are safe.


Vancouver police are seeking the public’s help seeking three youths who have gone missing from a group home in Vancouver.

Among the three is Levi Hand, 12, who was last seen with two other youths in the area of Northeast Ninth Street and Northeast 118 Avenue, according to a statement from the Vancouver Police Department.

Levi is described as a skinny white male, 5 feet tall and weighing 100 pounds. He has wearing a dark blue sweatshirt and dark pants. He has ADHD and is quite talkative, according to the statement.

The other two youths are:

Dean Johnson, 13, who is 5-feet 10-inches tall, 140 pounds, skinny with dirty blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a  gray Carhartt heavy jacket and tan skinny cargo pants.

Jordan Nottingham, 16, who is 5-feet 5-inches tall, skinny with dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Police ask that if the three are found to please contact a local police agency or Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency at 911.
