Vancouver police find missing, endangered man

Robert Kinney, 74, may be in Portland

UPDATE, 3:21 p.m. Friday: Robert Kinney was located and is safe, according to the Vancouver Police Department.

The Vancouver Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 74-year-old man who reportedly has dementia and other medical issues.

Robert Kinney was last seen about 10 p.m. Thursday at his residence in the 8200 block of Southeast Lorry Avenue, according to a Friday news release from the police department.

Kinney may be in Portland, police say.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call 911.
