The Evergreen School District Foundation named Union High School teacher Jason Moore its Educator of the Year.
Moor teaches College 101, freshman English and a freshman help class, and teaches soccer. Columbia Credit Union sponsored the $500 award for Moore.
Moore will also be recognized at the foundation’s annual gala and auction from 5 to 9 p.m. March 23 at WareHouse ’23, 100 Columbia St., Vancouver. Tickets are available at www.esdfgala.com.
