All northbound lanes on Interstate 5 near Main Street have been closed due to a pedestrian on the freeway.
Emergency vehicles began blocking the lanes at 3:36 p.m., according to the state Department of Transportation. A man was running on the highway near the Main Street exit, according to emergency radio traffic monitored at The Columbian.
