Commercial Realtor Jim West was elected chair of the Cascadia Technical Academy Foundation board for 2019 and 2020.
West works at Zenith Properties. He is also the past board president for the Southwest Washington Contractors Association, a board member of the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce and treasurer of the Greater Clark County Rotary Foundation.
