Update, 11:38 a.m.: Gravitt was located on foot. She appears to be in good health.

Original story: Vancouver police say a 69-year-old woman who suffers from memory loss is missing.

Kathleen Gravitt walked away from her home on Thompson Avenue around 8:45 a.m. Friday morning, according to a Vancouver Police Department alert.

Officers were dispatched to Gravitt’s residence about an hour later to take a missing person report, the police department said. They learned she has memory loss and related medical issues.

Gravitt is described as having a small physical build and short reddish hair. She was last seen wearing a black sweater and dark blue pants.

“Kathleen had her push style walker with her, which was red in color. Kathleen also had a brace on her right foot and she may be currently limping when she walks,” police said.

Anyone with information about Gravitt’s whereabouts should call 911.
