Three-time defending West Coast League champion Knights pounded out 10 hits Tuesday and got out of a few jams to take the first game of the three-game series at Oregon State’s Goss Stadium. The Knights won their fourth straight and moved into a second-place tie with the Raptors in the WCL South Division. Ridgefield stranded 10 baserunners including eight in scoring position.
