Phillip Graham was hired by Vancouver-based Hubb as its new vice president of customer success and partnerships. At the tech company that specializes in event management software, Graham, based in Portland, will work on driving customer retention and engagement, as well as oversee growth and partnerships. Mark Herceg, acting public works director and city engineer, was named as Battle Ground’s new public works director. Herceg has 18 years of civil engineering and public works experience. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Marquette University and has worked for the city for 16 years.

Thomas John Kelly was recognized by the American Institute of Chiropractors as one of the 2019 Best Chiropractors for Client Satisfaction in Washington. The selection is based on client and peer nominations and AIOC’s independent evaluation. He also became a member of the institute. His practice is located at 16315 N.E. 23rd St., Vancouver.

Amy Robinson was hired by the Miller Nash Graham & Dunn firm in Vancouver. There she will conduct workplace investigations, trainings and represent clients during agency proceedings and other tasks. She is certified through the Society for Human Resources Management. Robinson represents private employers throughout Oregon and Washington on broad ranges of workplace issues, including guiding them through policy and handbook creation, and negotiating contracts. Joline Treanor was hired by PeaceHealth as its executive vice president of people and culture. She’ll work on strategies to attract and develop top talent, as well as encourage a culture of high performance within the company. Previously she was the executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System in Baton Rouge, La. Prior she worked at St. Joseph Health System in Irvine, Calif. She received a master’s degree in educational technology and adult learning theory and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from San Diego State University. Treanor will be based at PeaceHealth’s office in Vancouver starting on Aug. 26.
