Mark Herceg, acting public works director and city engineer, was named as Battle Ground’s new public works director. Herceg has 18 years of civil engineering and public works experience. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Marquette University and has worked for the city for 16 years.
Thomas John Kelly was recognized by the American Institute of Chiropractors as one of the 2019 Best Chiropractors for Client Satisfaction in Washington.
