Every Ridgefield player in the lineup Friday had at least one hit as the team totaled 13 — seven for extra bases — against its non-league opponent. This was the first of six non-league matchups during the West Coast League season.
KEY MOMENTS: A 3-run fourth inning put the Raptors ahead to stay, breaking a 2-2 tie. Cameron Repetti brought in the go-ahead run with a sacrifice fly and Aaron Zavala added a two-out, two-run double.
KEY PLAYERS: Harrison Grow made his Ridgefield debut on the mound, earning the victory in relief with three shut-out innings, striking out four and walking two. Michael Hicks was 2 for 4 with two RBI and a leadoff home run in the seventh inning. Repetti and Zavala each hit two doubles. Zavala also had three RBI.
