A developer has submitted plans to subdivide a 2.46-acre property directly south of Highway 14 and a short distance west of the Interstate 205 interchange, creating eight new housing lots. The properties would be served by an extension of S.E. 105th Court, which connects to Evergreen Highway. Plans for the buildings would be submitted in the future if the subdivision is approved, but the pre-application packet states that there would be no more than four structures, which would be attached adjoining units.

A pre-application conference with the city has been scheduled for 9 a.m. July 11.
