Construction continues on the Hurley Building at 201 S. Third St. in downtown Vancouver, a six-story building with ground-floor parking and five stories of offices.

Four of the five stories — each at just over 7,000 square feet — have been sold in the office condominium, said Greg McGreevey, executive vice president of Hurley Development LLC. The internal structure for the fifth and sixth stories is expected to be completed within the month, and the shell may be completed before Nov. 1, McGreevey said.

Move-in dates depend on tenant improvements.
