Vancouver-based conservative political activist Joey Gibson and his group Patriot Prayer will lead a two-mile “Blue Line March” on June 9 to honor Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Deputy Justin DeRosier, who was shot April 13 and killed in the line of duty.

The march will begin at the Longview Civic Center at the corner of Louisiana Street and 16th Avenue, move to the Hall of Justice on First Avenue, and head the same way back.

A Facebook event for the march says it will be “non-political and advocating for nothing else other than showing appreciation.”
