The Raptors took two of the three games from the Pippins with another strong offensive performance Monday. Ridgefield had 15 hits to finish with 45 for the three games, narrowly outscoring Yakima Valley 25-24 after two consecutive blowout wins following a blow-out loss in the first game.
KEY MOMENTS: Grayson Sterling (Gonzaga) doubled in the first run of the game, and scored on a groundout to get things going. Ahead 5-0, the Raptors blew the game open with a six-run sixth inning.
KEY PLAYERS: Dominic Enbody (Concordia) was 3 for 5 with an RBI and two runs scored, and leadoff hitter Jonny Weaver (Grand Canyon) was 3 for 6 with a double and two RBI.
