Clark County Government Restorative Community Service mentors assist youth in completing their obligation to the community by working on projects with different nonprofit organizations in Clark County. Mentors are needed to assist youth in staying on task and helping them understand the value of the work they are doing on various projects. Shifts are on Saturdays for approximately four hours. A six-month commitment is required.
Furry Friends is looking for a volunteer who can lead or co-lead next year’s Furry Friends auction. If you have worked on auctions or large events, are organized and detailed-oriented, you are a good candidate. No need to reinvent the wheel, we have it all figured out. This is the largest fundraiser Furry Friends holds each year, bringing in much needed funds for the medical needs and housing for the cats in their care.
Lifeline Connections is looking for volunteers with some clerical experience to help with filing, copying and light computer work. They are also in need of custodial help to sweep, dust, empty garbage, vacuum and other miscellaneous duties.
