Portland Thorns get 2-2 draw at Utah

Christine Sinclair and Lindsey Horan each scored goals for the Portland Thorns, but a late-game goal by Rachel Corsie led to a 2-2 draw with the Utah Royals on Friday night.

The game saw the return of several U.S. women’s national team players, including Horn, Adrianna Franch, Emily Sonnett and Tobin Heath, who suited up for Portland in Friday’s NWSL game.

Horan gave Portland a 2-1 lead in the 87th minute before Corsie’s game-tying goal int he 90th.

Franch, the Thorns goalkeeper, made two stoppage-time saves to preserve the draw.
