Alaska Airlines on Thursday unveiled its new lounge in the North Satellite terminal of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
The lounge features views of the airfield, Olympic Mountains and downtown Seattle, and opens officially today.
The airline, in a release Thursday, described the lounge as having a “relaxing and welcoming West Coast vibe with open spaces, a grand fireplace and warm finishes. Customers can sip one of a dozen Seattle microbrews at the spacious bar, taste complimentary Pacific Northwest-inspired bites or enjoy custom-brewed espresso beverages and teas from an Alaska Lounge barista.”
The lounge will serve paid first-class passengers. Memberships are available for purchase with discounts for MVP and MVP Gold/75k Mileage Plan members, according to the airline. Day passes also are available for purchase, and Alaska Airlines Visa Signature cardholders can purchase a day pass at half price.
