Two Pacific Lifestyle homes in Vancouver to aid charities

Pacific Lifestyle Homes announced Wednesday that it finished constructing two homes built for the benefit of local charities.

Since 2014, the company has built Community Giving Homes where the proceeds from the sale of the homes are given to charities. The 11th and 12th homes will benefit Transitional Youth, Children’s Justice Center, Innovative Services NW, Children’s Center, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and Evergreen Habitat for Humanity.

The Community Giving Homes program has earned more than $365,000 for charities since its inception.

This year, the trade partners on the homes are: Western Pacific, Performance Insulation, Performance Building Products, Kwikset, Parr Lumbar, Probuild, Eldorado Stone, Justin Time Cleaning Solutions, Breaking Ground Excavation Inc., Macadam Floor & Design, Prime Interiors, Krippner Inc., HC Impressions NW, Fireside, Express Cleanings, Ferguson Enterprises, Gerber, Sherwin-Williams, America 1st and Delta Faults.

One of the homes is a 3,663-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-car garage house in northeast Vancouver. The other is a 2,127-square-foot, four-bedroom home in east Vancouver. Interested buyers can call 360-869-0641 or visit www.pacificlifestylehomes.com.
