Clark County development board seeks new member

Clark County is seeking a professional associated with commercial or industrial development to serve on the Clark County Development and Engineering Advisory Board. The three-year term begins Sept. 1 and ends Aug. 31, 2022.

The advisory board reviews policy and county code changes and works on process improvements and fees with the county’s Community Development and Public Works departments.

The board typically meets from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of the month at the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St.

Anyone interested should submit a letter of interest and resume to Alyssa Weyhrauch, Councilors’ Office, P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666-5000. Applications also can be emailed to alyssa.weyhrauch@clark.wa.gov. Application deadline is 5 p.m. Aug. 6.
