Boys basketball: Evergreen 71, Hudson’s Bay 59

Mario Herring had a double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds to help the Plainsmen halt a four-game losing streak.

Dwight Jones had 12 points, five rebounds and five assists, and Travis Huffman and Zyell Griffin had 10 points each.

Eli Hoover of Hudson’s Bay led all scorers with 21 points. Carter Morse added 12 points and Tony King 10 for the Eagles.
