A crash on state Highway 14 near Columbia Way closed the right westbound lane Monday night.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene shortly after 4:30 p.m. Two cars rolled and were on their tops on the north shoulder, according to the scanner.
All occupants were outside the vehicles, according to scanner traffic.
