Boys basketball: Washougal 37, R.A. Long 35

Carter Murray made a layup with five second to play to lift the Panthers to a 2A Greater St. Helens League win.

R.A. Long got off a 3-pointer at the buzzer, but it was off the mark.

Murray led Washougal with 12 points, and Brevan Bea added 10. Murray had seven of his points in the final quarter.

The win moved Washougal (6-9, 3-4) into sole possession of fourth place in the 2A GSHL.
