Clark Public Utilities was named the nation’s overall top utility in large business customer satisfaction, outperforming participating utilities several times its size, in the 2018 E Source Large Business Gap and Priority Benchmark study.
“This study reflects the customer-first mindset of our Key Accounts Team,” said Debbie DePetris, Clark Public Utilities Manager of Energy Services. “We strive to provide our business and other large account customers with not only consistent, reliable electricity, but personable, transparent and dedicated customer service on a daily basis.”
The survey ran from June to July 2018, fielding questions to more than 1,300 large business customers nationwide. Large business customers were asked about their greatest needs and how effectively their utility is meeting them. Utilities then use that information to understand strengths and weakness in their services, and in turn, focus on areas that may need to be improved.
Overall, Clark County’s large businesses scored Clark Public Utilities 9.1 out of 10 — well above the industry average of 8.6.
