Matt Bryant scored 31 points to lead the Wildcats to a Trico League win on the road.

Bryant had 19 points in the first half, which ended with La Center ahead 52-23. Colby Shaw added 15 points as five Wildcats scored in double figures.

“It’s always hard to play up there after that long bus ride,” La Center coach Jeremy Ecklund said. “We came out with a lot of energy.”

La Center’s leading scorer Hunter Ecklund (19.4 points) did not play after suffering a bruised quad in the Wildcats previous game. Jeremy Ecklund doesn’t believe he’ll be sidelined for long.
