The visitors from Eugene wore down the Penguins after close first quarter and half of the second.
Clark (2-11, 0-2 NWAC South) led 34-32 with about six minutes to play before halftime, and was down 42-38 with 4:39 to play when Lane went on a 13-2 run to close out the half on top 55-39.
Lane (14-1, 2-0) led by as much as 37 points late in the fourth quarter.
Clark’s Taylor Mills led all scorers with 20 points. Mahrysa Thomas added 15 points and six rebounds, and Payton Wangler and Jodi Thomasian each had 10 points.
Turner Joy was Clark’s leading rebounder with eight.
