Pink Lemonade Project has chosen Meaghann Ande to replace Brittany Pratt as the Clark County nonprofit’s new executive director.

Pink Lemonade was founded in 2010 by Vancouver doctors Allen Gabriel and Cassie Gabriel to help provide support for breast cancer survivors. Pink Lemonade offers survivors’ retreats, mentorship activities and events.

Ande enters the job with nine years of nonprofit experience; most recently at Share in Vancouver.

“I am honored to have been given the privilege and responsibility of leading an organization with such an important mission,” Ande said. “I have been personally affected by the devastating effects of a family member’s cancer diagnosis and want to provide every support possible for breast cancer survivors and their families.”
