Clark basketball falls to Clackamas

Parker Gaddis scored 22 points but Clark fell short in a 89-77 lost to Clackamas on Wednesday at O’Connell Center.

Tyler Fernstrom added 18 points as Clark (13-11, 5-8) shot 55 percent from the field.

But Clackamas made 13 of 32 3-point attempts and committed just six turnovers.

CLACKAMAS 89, CLARK WOMEN 71 — Jodi Thomasian scored 19 points but Clark couldn’t keep pace in the second half at home.

Alexus Hunter scored 15 points and Payton Wangler added 12 for the Penguins (5-19, 3-10).

The game was tied at 39 at halftime, but Clackamas outscored Clark 25-13 in the third quarter.
