Washougal — At their first meeting of the year, the Clark County Republican Women presented Kimberli Swenson, executive director of Pathways Pregnancy Clinic, with a $2,677 check.

The organization’s Impact Award is an annual commitment to give back to the community through fundraising.

The group picks a local nonprofit which has had an impact on women in the community and raises money from member donations, which are matched from the Clark County Republic Women funds.

Pathways Pregnancy Clinic is a faith-based organization that provides a safety net to young women facing uncertainty from an unplanned pregnancy.

Pathways is open Monday through Friday at 2926 E St., Washougal. For more information, email clinic@pathways180.com or call 360-834-2829.
